What do closed tryouts mean?

Closed tryouts mean that only players and coaching staff will be allowed inside the gym during the tryout session. Due to limited space and the number of athletes participating, parents, guardians, and spectators will be asked to remain outside the facility while tryouts are taking place.

What does travel look like for each team?

Tournament travel will vary by team and season. The tournament schedule is determined by the coach and parent's vote, taking into consideration tournament locations, dates, competition level, and what works best for the team

What does the practice schedule look like?

We have an hour and a half practice, twice a week. This year we are including powerhouse training that will be an additional hour once a week on one of the scheduled practice days.

What is powerhouse training?

Accepted Answer

We are including speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and vertical training during the season for all athletes ages 12 and up. These training sessions will be with our training and licensed personal training and strength and conditioning coaches.
